For larger projects with a significant number of structural elements the fee will include a volume reduction against the standard element fee. Some elements have been included where the price varies, this is because calculations for these elements are generally more variable and specific to the individual structural configuration. Calculations Direct prepares bespoke fee quotations for our clients based on the size and complexity of the project and the time we estimate it will take to prepare the structural calculations. Each project is unique and we carefully consider each element to provide a competitive quote for our structural calculation services. We will issue your quotation via email and, if it is acceptable, then you simply need to sign the acceptance section and return it via email.
Once we receive the signed acceptance form we will issue your invoice. Payment can be made by BACS following which your project will be scheduled into our workflow and we will advise a date for completion of your set of calculations.

The above price list is a sample of the more common calculations we undertake and it is not a comprehensive list of all available services. If you are looking for a service that isn’t on the list please include a message when you submit your enquiry and we will make every effort to provide you with a competitive quotation.
Please note that Calculations Direct is an internet only service and we do not undertake site visits or inspections, therefore, structural surveys are not available.
As Calculations Direct is an internet based service, and cannot undertake site visits, we are only able to design foundations if the client is able to provide a Soils Report prepared by a geotechnical engineer. In the event that you cannot supply a Soils Report, and any proposed structural alterations introduce a situation which we consider may create excessive ground bearing stresses under an existing foundation, we will notify you of the risk and advise actions that can be taken to address the matter.
